Mandate

Assist the board of directors in elaborating and implementing a communication strategy for the cluster ;

Improve the general awareness on the issues, the specific needs and the impacts of the cluster on the Quebec society.

Issues

Improve the sense of belonging of the cluster members and increase mobilization ;

Improve the notoriety and the image of the cluster ;

Influence decision makers through our legitimacy and the relevance of our proposals.

Projects

Create the cluster communication plan including specific strategies for media, government and public relations and for our international profile.
