MANDATE

Develop, attract and retain talent to meet the needs of the LSHT sector in Greater Montréal. Make the players in the cluster aware of the importance of succession planning.

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Developing an adequacy diagnosis of training-employment-entrepreneurship and illustrating best practices for continuing professional development in LSHT;
  • Creation of the Life Sciences Development Entrepreneurship Program, a collaboration between Montréal InVivo, the Faculty of Pharmacy of Université de Montréal and the John Molson Executive Centre of Concordia University;
  • Organize nine training sessions on good manufacturing practices (GMP) in collaboration with Pharmabio Development;
  • Developing a discovery circuit of the life sciences and medical technology sector in collaboration with Montréal Relève.
