- Participation in the creation of promising initiatives such as the Centre Québécois du Médicament (CQDM) in 2008, CATALIS in 2013, and NÉOMED in 2012, now adMare BioInnovations.
- Creation of EFFERVESCENCE, the leading event for the LSHT ecosystem in Montreal, along with other mobilization activities.
- Creation of tools for entrepreneurs, such as the BIOSUCCÈS mentoring network.
- Contribution to government strategies related to the LSHT sector, including the Quebec Strategy on Rare Diseases and the Quebec Life Sciences Strategy.
- Leader of the I.M.P.A.C.T. – Industries Mobilisées Pour l’Action Climatique et la Transition project, a cross-sector initiative with five other industrial clusters
