Context
Innovation has always been central to Montréal InVivo’s actions. Through its previous Strategic Committee– Integration of Innovations, our team has initiated numerous projects and collaborations aimed at building capacity to measure the value of innovations in real-world settings, initiating pilot projects to better support the integration of innovations, and supporting initiatives to improve access to health data.
Project description
Montréal Invivo wishes to develop a project that will support the integration and adoption of innovations in care trajectories while promoting knowledge sharing along the continuum of care, all the way to the patient’s home. The focus is on care trajectories that span both specialized and community-based care. Respiratory diseases are currently being considered given the heavy burden they place on health care and the plurality of innovative initiatives developed at different levels in the RSSS.
