Stéphanie Doyle is a seasoned professional with nearly 25 years of experience in the life sciences sector. Over the past five years, she has played a key role in attracting and retaining foreign investments, helping to position Greater Montreal as a global hub of excellence in this field.

A recognized expert in life sciences and health technologies, Stéphanie has led teams and driven strategic projects aimed at attracting significant international investments. With over 15 years of experience in team management, she has consistently exceeded ambitious goals in highly competitive environments. Her in-depth sector expertise, combined with a strong background in business development, has enabled her to generate substantial market share growth throughout her career.

Her career also includes successful experiences in the private sector, along with entrepreneurial achievements recognized by several sales awards. Currently, she serves as the President and CEO of Montréal InVivo, where she continues to drive innovation and growth in the life sciences sector.

Claudie Noël

Senior Director – Operations

Claudie is responsible for project committees dealing with workforce, training and succession issues. She oversees and participates in projects such as the Continuum data science qualification pathway and the mobilisation of expertise in biofabrication. A member of the team since July 2019, her passion for Rugby is transposed into her work. She is a true team player, always ready to lend a hand and collaborate. This year, Claudie is also involved in the Life Sciences Entrepreneurship Development Program and the Vistascience job development platform, for which Montréal InVivo is the initiator.

Josée Coté

Executive Assistant and Corporate Affairs Coordinator

Right arm of the CEO, with extensive experience in organization, management and customer service. Since her arrival within Montréal InVivo’s team, Josée enthusiastically shares her knowledge, her expertise and her overall vision with her collegues. Josée is loyal, likes to bring people together, ensures the good synergy of the team, the office and the procedures. Passionate, she loves nature and travelling. Josée coordinates the BIOSUCCES Mentoring Network.

Alizée Gouronnec

Director - Impact and Business Intelligence

Starting as a student representative at Montreal InVivo in April 2018, Alizée was then recruited as a consultant, and later as a project manager for topics in artificial intelligence, digital health, talent, and bio-manufacturing. She now holds the position of Director – Impact and Business Intelligence. She has distinguished herself by her thoroughness, her curiosity and her efficiency at work. She holds an engineering degree in biology (France) and a masters’ degree in immunology and molecular biology. She completed her training with a graduate degree in organizational development (DESS) at HEC Montréal. In her free time, Alizée likes to hike, read and volunteer with Hacking Health.

Julie Fiol

Communication and marketing manager

With 7 years of experience in the field of communication, particularly in public relations, Julie has navigated through various sectors and structures, thus acquiring versatile expertise. At Montréal Invivo, she is dedicated to developing communication and marketing strategies aimed at showcasing the exceptional work of the team.

Outside of her professional commitments, Julie finds balance in her personal passions such as cooking, sports, and her feminist advocacy.

Yassine El Bakkouri

Project Manager - AReNA Scientific Events

After completing his master’s in oncology in Toulouse, where he explored RNA biology in hematological tumors, Yassine undertook a PhD in molecular pharmacology at the Université de Montréal in 2018. His work focused on blood vessel development, a crucial area for understanding and treating vascular diseases.

Yassine now holds the position of Project Manager for the AReNa project at Montréal InVivo. In this role, he helps federate and promote Quebec’s strengths in the field of RNA therapies, with the aim of positioning Quebec as a pole of attraction on the national and international scene.

Outside work, Yassine enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as hiking in the great outdoors. He is also an avid board and role-playing gamer, and enjoys reading whenever he can.

Tarek Hallal

Innovation Project Manager

Passionate about healthcare transformation, Tarek joined our team in 2024 to lead healthcare innovation projects, including the operationalization of value-based agreements in Quebec and initiatives in rare diseases. He holds a Master of Science degree from McGill University, where his research focused on the role of sugar-mediated glycation in prostate cancer metastasis.

With diverse experience spanning academia, biotech sales, and research consulting, Tarek thrives in cross-functional collaborations aimed at achieving impactful goals. His particular interest lies in leveraging real-world data to enhance market access and improve patient outcomes.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find him either working out at the gym or engrossed in a literary fiction book.

Project Manager - Momentum PI

Caroline Tremblay

I.M.P.A.C.T. Project Manager - Training and Content

First made aware of environmental issues through eco-responsible and zero-waste movements, Caroline left her first career in procurement in 2020 to pursue a master’s degree in management and sustainable development. She worked for three years in consulting, helping companies with these issues, where she stood out for her skills in project management, research, and knowledge transfer. This experience ultimately led her to join Montréal InVivo as Project Manager – Training and Content for the I.M.P.A.C.T. project.
Outside of her professional life, she regularly practices yoga and Pilates, enjoys puzzles, and is passionate about science fiction and fantasy, whether in books, TV series, or video games.
