Temporary concerted action program for businesses (PACTE)

Eligible businesses, including cooperatives, not-for-profit organizations and social economy businesses engaged in commercial activities, can benefit from financial support to compensate for the lack of liquidity associated with COVID-19 due to:

  • a problem of supply of raw materials or products;
  • an impossibility or a reduction in the delivery capacity of products or services.

Financial assistance of a minimum amount of $ 50,000 in the form of a loan and loan guarantee.
